Mariah Carey Sells Bel Air Mansion $10 million

 Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have sold their
massive Bel Air mansion and are heading for
New York City.

The loved-up couple, who got married in 2008
and bought the seven bedroom, nine bathroom
property for $6.975 million a year later, have
got rid of it for $10 million, which is $3 million
less than what they wanted but still making a
profit.

The pair will no doubt be happy they’re moving
on to pastures new with their adorable twins
Morocco and Monroe, having signed over the
11,750 square foot mansion to new owners.
Real estate sources say Mariah, 44, and Nick,
33, plan to leave the left coast behind and head
to New York, where they have already have a
place, although they could be looking for a new
pile.
